Seasonal surcharge for parcel services
We are introducing a seasonal surcharge for certain parcel services from November 25, 2024 to January 10, 2025
From Black Week to after New Year’s, our parcel volumes increase a lot. To be able to deliver the large number of parcels that are sent during this period, and to ensure that the parcels arrive on time, we have taken a series of extra measures, for example:
- Extra vehicles and drivers
- Add extra staff at our terminals and customer service
Due to increased costs that arise during this period, we will, as last year, charge a seasonal surcharge for certain package parcel services between November 25, 2024, and January 10, 2025.
The seasonal surcharge applies to our parcel services in Sweden, Denmark and Finland, as well as to our cross-border parcel services.

The seasonal surcharge applies to all routes, both to and from all countries, for the services in the table above. It is also charged for parcels that are sent in return when the parcel was not picked up in time or could not be delivered.
For customers who are billed in a currency other than EUR, the fee is:
- NOK 4,00
- SEK 4,00
- DKK 2,60
